Critères d’éligibilité
- BS/BA or its international equivalent preferably in conflict resolution, international studies, peace-building, human rights or related area; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience at a similar managerial level
- Experience in the field of conflict transformation
- Significant experience in project management in a non-profit environment
- Previous experience in conducting training and facilitate dialogue will be an asset
- Knowledge of major donor rules and regulations, and the ability to manage and prioritize multi-donor funding
- Strong knowledge of the practice of peace building and conflict transformation, as well as familiarity with the Tunisian and Libyan contexts
- Proven track record of linking strategic thinking and project implementation
- Dynamic leader with creative problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging situations
- Proven ability in team management and staff supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, and the ability to build and conduct effective professional working relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Demonstrated writing and grants management skills
- Spoken and written fluency in Arabic and English, French would be an asset
- Strong ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work through stringent deadlines with attention to detail, and coordinate and compile information from various sources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Flexibility and capacity to adapt to evolving contexts
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds in an open and constructive way
