Regional Sales Manager

Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, establishing sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tunis, Tunisia, with the flexibility to work remotely some of the time. The Sales Manager will work closely with other members of the management team to help us achieve our goals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in driving sales, meeting or exceeding targets and developing, building, and managing successful sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written , with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong team management, leadership, and organizational skills, both for tasks and for people
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated capacity to think critically and strategically
- Experience in the edtech, e-learning, vocational training or similar industry.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Experience working remotely or in hybrid environments may be a plus.
