We are looking for a skilled
Real Estate Closer
to manage the closing process for residential transactions.
- You will ensure all documents are accurate, coordinate with all parties involved, and provide a smooth, efficient closing experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- – Oversee and manage real estate closings from start to finish.
- – Review and verify closing documents and financial statements.
- – Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies.
- – Resolve any issues that arise during the closing process.
- – Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Requirements:
- – Personal Laptop is required
- – Excellent English proficiency – both written and spoken.(TAKE NOTE THE INTERVIEW WILL BE IN ENGLISH)
- – Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- – Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- – Effective communication and customer service abilities.
