As our scrum master
You will:
- Organize and lead the different meetings: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, workshops…
- Ensure the proper application of the Scrum method
- Promote communication, decision making and facilitate exchanges between the various stakeholders
- Create a benevolent environment while maximizing team productivity and process improvement: Lead and motivate the team; anticipate and manage potential conflicts
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and verify deliveries
- Work in conjunction with the product owner
Your adaptability, your autonomy and your interpersonal skills will be assets to help you evolve within our group.
Who are you ?

- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- You must master the theoretical aspects of Agile Scrum and Kanban and know how to put them into practice in a concrete context.
- Knowledge of Agile project management standards and latest trends
- Mastery and application of Agile values and principles and the Srcum framework in particular
- Mastery of Agile project management software and tools (Jira…)
- Ability to communicate and lead workshops with different particpants with different backgrounds
- Strong capacity of analysis and technological understanding
- Mastery of Design Thinking and best practices of meetings and brainstorming workshops
