Revenue Manager

Job Responsibilities:

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for leading the revenue management strategy at The Residence, optimizing pricing, distribution, and inventory management to drive profitability and market share.
Reporting to Director of Sales & Marketing, this role will ensure the Hotel achieves its financial goals.

What You Will Do

• Revenue Strategy :
  • Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize overall hotel revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and historical data to forecast demand and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
• Inventory and Pricing Management:
  • Oversee inventory management across all room types, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to reflect market conditions and optimize revenue streams.
  • Ensure optimal use of revenue management systems and tools to enhance decision-making.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Prepare and present detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and insights to Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in revenue performance.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to improve profitability.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and partnerships that drive revenue.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment between revenue
    strategies and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Stay informed about global and regional industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in pricing, distribution, and revenue optimization.
• What You Bring
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in revenue management role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
  • Education: Degree in Revenue Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in revenue management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
