Job Description
You will work with consultants and clients through all stages of the consulting lifecycle, including data gathering, data analysis, developing solutions, generating recommendations, communicating results, implementation, and follow up.
You will assist the team with the delivery of project work across a range of clients based primarily client sites. You will help in developing recommendations and solutions bridging the gap between the organization’s high-level mission, vision, and capabilities and people, process, and technical solutions while taking account identified constraints and existing technology into account.
You will also assist with drafting business proposals and other client materials.As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:
You will gain understanding of the key issues, challenges and cutting-edge topics within different sectors, and they will undertake training on various topics.
You will also gain experience with strategy development, business process reengineering, organization design, knowledge management and change management
Qualifications:
· Ideally 5 to 10 years’ experience in a consulting company (supply chain, facility, corporate finance, HR, etc.)
· Experience with working in a team environment
· Ability to gather and analyze data effectively
· Ability to apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems
· Ability to understand and analyze complex problems
· Experience with Microsoft Office, including creating accurate spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
· Experience with completing individual tasks effectively
· Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Start date: Immediate or the next few weeks
Languages: Both English and Arabic are mandatory
Contract: Tunisian contract
Compensation:
7000 Dinars net / month. All costs related to Saudi Arabia (accommodation, hotels, flights, visa, transport) are taken in charge. CNSS and all Tunisian Taxes are taken in charge.
Duration:
12 months initially (renewable).
