PMS Consultant with Hotel Industry Expertise

OsBC Group is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a PMS Consultant in Tunis, Tunisia! If you have a strong background in the hospitality industry, hands-on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as OPERA, and a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a PMS Consultant, you will:

Implement and configure industry-leading PMS solutions, such as OPERA V5 or OPERA Cloud.
Train and support clients to ensure seamless system adoption and effective usage.
Collaborate with hotel professionals to understand their unique operational needs and provide tailored solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system functionality aligns with customer requirements and expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for someone with:

Proven experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in hotels or related fields.
Expertise in PMS solutions like OPERA or Fidelio Suite 8.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and effectively.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a keen attention to detail.
Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
