Job Responsibilities:
– Will work in the reception area, serves & directs all incoming inquiries via phone or walking in to the concerned departments.
– Provide administrative support to needed functions as assigned.
– Manage agendas / appointments.
– Track stocks of office supplies, stationary and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in any discipline.
– Excellent command of written and spoken English.
– Experience from 1-3 years in same position.
– Excellent communication skills
– Good knowledge with Microsoft office.
