     Challenges:

• • Ensures planning and implementation of methods and processes for the specific role
• • Ensures implementation of LEONI company and department strategy in the team
• • Ensures definition and introduction of divisional standards for material compliance requests, checks and customer response
• • Maintains reporting, regular information of requestors / stakeholders (state of activities, documentation specific Key Performance Indicators)
• • Reports team activities
• • Takes decisions within his/her area of responsibility
• • Plans and provides tools and skills for the specific role
• • Takes over responsibility and coordination for necessary documentation (e.g. creates and releases team internal instructions)
• • Represents his/her subject internally and externally
• • Initiates and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing processes

• Proposes and assesses solutions for deviations and escalates according to defined escalation paths
• •Contributes to planning and implementation of methods and processes for the specific role
• •Executes tasks within the area of responsibility
• •Reports progress of the assigned tasks and documentation on a regular base
• •Identifies and proposes optimization and standardization of existing processes
• • •Escalates according to defined escalation paths

   

    Qualification:

• Level of education : Min Bac+3.
• Studies: specialty physics & chemistry
• Work experience : 1 year.
