Training & Qualification of PS Quality Managers and their teams within the Plant.
The overall QM Budget planning, monitoring and achievement of the Plant.
Ensures the deployment and implementation of QM standards throughout the Plant.
Ensures implementation of continuous improvement actions of the quality management processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports throughout the Plant.
Ensures compliance with Customer Specific Requirement within the Plant.
Authorized to Stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes/products.

Exigences de l’emploi
Level of Education : University : Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Studies / Branch of Study / Degree : Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Work Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant Production Management role.
Leadership Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant Production Management role.
Languages : German, English, French.
Key Qualifications (Professional Competence) :
Communication and presentation skills.
Leadership experience.
Knowledge of product liability.
Ability to understand technical drawings.
Knowledge of quality standards IATF 16949.
