Responsibilities :
– Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
– Coordinate with different departments to resolve any order-related issues
– Maintain accurate records of orders and update the database regularly
– Communicate with customers to provide order updates and address inquiries
Requirements :
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in using order management software and MS Office suite
– Prior experience in order management or customer service is preferred
