Description:

The Program assistant intern supports different aspects of designing and implementing activities as well as managing operations to ensure a smooth run of programs. The intern will play a significant role, reporting directly to the program manager.

Job requirement & needed skills:

• 👉 Excellent level in English (Written and spoken).
• 👉 Good communication and writing skills.
• 👉  Ease of use of digital tools including zoom, teams, ppt, Google sheets, forms, etc.
• 👉  Skills in designing and editing are a huge plus.

Role and responsibilities:

• 1️⃣ Assisting the program manager during the crucial milestones of the programs.
• 2️⃣ Engaging and interacting with entrepreneurs to better understand their needs.
• 3️⃣ Supporting daily operations and logistics including preparing presentations, organizing events, and following up with the entrepreneurs.
• 4️⃣ Engaging with different ecosystem stakeholders and support activities such as mapping, benchmarking, partnerships and reporting.
• 5️⃣ Supporting the program manager in day-to-day activities such as planning, emailing, scheduling meetings, and coordinating sessions.

🚨 The internship is 2 months (minimum) and can be up to 6 months.
