As part of its elections observation project, and in partnership with MEPI, I WATCH will support 20 local civil society organisation in observing the upcoming municipal elections. As I WATCH will not observe the elections, it will empower its 20 partners and equip them with the needed knowledge and skills to independently observe the municipal elections in their respective governorates. I WATCH will support its partners with the needed technical and financial requirements to be able to monitor the elections. Each partner organization will receive 4 trainings relate to management and elections monitoring, online trainings through a dedicated E-learning; in addition to a mini-grant of 5000 dinars to be able to cover all expenses related to elections observation.
For the good implementation of the project, I WATCH is hiring a CSOs Coordinator:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Project Director, the CSOs Coordinator will:
⁃ Coordinate with the 20 local partner of I WATCH.
⁃ Prepare activities report.
⁃ Conducting a mapping of the CSOs to identify potential partners
⁃ Support partners in developing an elections observation strategy
⁃ Conduct a needs assessment to identify the needs of partner organisations.
⁃ Prepare a training curriculum that responds to the needs of our partners.
Qualifications:
⁃ Essential: University degree in business administration, social sciences or related fields.
⁃ Essential: At least 2 years of relevant experience working with local and/or international NGOs in the field of elections administration and/or monitoring and/or citizen participation programs.
⁃ Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
⁃ Ability to travel across the country
⁃ Good Reporting skills in both Arabic and English
⁃ Good communication and management skills
Candidates should be ready to work after office hours and during the weekends with a continuous travel across the country.

Under the supervision of the Project Director, and the senior Elections coordinator the Junior Elections coordinator will:
⁃ Support I WATCH partners throughout the electoral process
⁃ Help in preparing and delivering trainings on elections observation.
⁃ Contribute to Conducting a mapping of the CSOs to identify potential partners
⁃ Contribute to Coaching partners to develop their observation strategy
⁃ Help partners in the elaboration of observation reports.
Qualifications:
⁃ Essential: University degree in business administration, social sciences or related fields.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Project Director, the Financial Coordinator will:
⁃ Manage the overall project budgets destined to support the I WATCH elections programs.
⁃ Work with the Grants Manager to ensure the good management of the program funds.
⁃ Ensure that money is well-spent and in compliance with the Tunisian financial regulations in addition to international standards and best practices.
⁃ Collect and support I WATCH’s Financial Department in elaborating their financial reports.
⁃ Manage I WATCH call for proposals and the selection process.
Qualifications:
⁃ Essential: License diploma or equivalent with specialized certification in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
⁃ Familiarity with Tunisian context and civil society.
⁃ Familiarity with Tunisian financial laws and regulations.
⁃ Familiarity with budget management.
⁃ Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
⁃ Ability to travel across the country
⁃ Good time management and attention to details
