Position:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
-Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests.
-Analyse web traffic and relevant community metrics.
-Assist in organizing and generating public support for special events and campaigns
-develop and archive communication materials, including digital, such as publications, press releases and clippings, photographs, audio-visual materials, web resources etc.
– Liaise and work with graphic designer as needed, to produce visuals and infographics for use in digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
-Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
-Experience planning and leading community initiatives
-Excellent communication skills (Arabic, French and preferably English)
-Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
-Hands on experience with social media management
-Ability to interpret website traffic
-Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
-Organised, detail oriented, able to prioritize and consistently produce high standard work
-Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines.
