Handling all the legal affairs related to the company business, including transaction risk management and dispute management;
Support the compliance work of the company daily operation, including conduct legal insight of the local practices, follow the legal dynamics related to our business, design legal risk prevention training to the company employees, and enhance the compliance consciousness of the company employees;
Coping with the crisis which is related to the company compliance operation;
Having experiences in public relations management, support the business team by engaging related stakeholders, and contributing to developing a public relationship.
Solid external and internal communication capability, routinely report to the CEO about the top legal risks, major disputes, and public relations management;
Work experience:
1-3 year working experience in the field of telecommunication is preferred.
