About the role

Position: MSc Program Instructor
Availability: Part-Time (6 hours per week)
Location: Online

Subjects for this role:

• Advanced topics in software development.

What you will do

• Inspire students to master advanced technical and soft skills.
• Coach students to independently solve complex problems.
• Guide students through their learning journey, encouraging hands-on projects.
• Organize and lead weekly lessons, workshops, and progress check-ins.
• Evaluate student assignments and conduct simulated job interviews.
• Ensure students are progressing and adapting to the online learning environment.
• Provide feedback to improve the learning experience and the program’s content.

Other tasks may arise based on the program’s needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Passion for teaching and student success
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong technical expertise in your subject area
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to engage students and foster a collaborative learning environment
• Academic Qualification: Master’s degree (or for Tunisian profiles, a Master’s or Engineering degree)
