Your Responsibilities đź“ś
âś… Manage day-to-day hackerspace operations smoothly and efficiently.
âś… Manage hackerspace capacity by coordinating with sales and operations team.
âś… Serve members by giving instructions, providing clear processes and clean, safe working environments.
âś… Work with marketing to organize events such as workshops, information sessions, demo days, job fairs, etc.
âś… Manage student and instructor onboarding processes.
âś… Provide after-sales technical support to new customers.
âś… Create an environment conducive to learning, creativity and creation.
âś… Obtain feedback from students and instructors to ensure improvement of the overall experience.
Required Experience đź“ś
âž• You have 1 year’s professional experience in an operations or project management, customer service or sales role
âž•Good levels of English and French
