For our purposes, we are recruiting:

• Technical Support Engineer
• Mission:

– Manage technical incidents

– Monitoring and Managing the incidents

– Ensure quality of services provided on the perimeter of the support incidents

– Diagnose and / or resolve technical customer problems level 2 and 3.

– You must ensure preventive maintenance and customer relationship

– Provide knowledge sharing

 

• Profile:

-Computer Engineer ENSI , FST , INSAT or equivalent

-A maximum of one year of experience

– A first experience in development OO will be highly appreciated

– Fluency in business English is required.
