Job Description 

(Location – Tunis, Tunisia)

The Product Specialist will be responsible for obtaining set sales targets and market share of allocated product/s within the guidelines of the company’s product specific marketing action plan and key result areas on the defined territory.

• • · Design, implement and execute brands strategies and tactics to drive local business growth.
  • · Call Activity: which includes, customer frequency targets met or exceeded, group meetings undertaken as outlined in the product action plans and appropriate use of allocated budgets.
  • · Appropriate use of CRM System to establish next-call objectives and record call details.
  • · Appropriate analysis of territory sales and any additional actions required (outside of the product action plans) provided by the National Sales Manager on monthly basis.
  • · Responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting the products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals, for a specific account, product or a given territory in a specialty area. Brings specialist knowledge in the required therapeutic area.
  • · Develop business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives
  • · Provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks
  • · Have a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products.
  • · Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors
  • · Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication channels
  • · Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship
  • · Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reports
  • · Handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
  • · Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
  • · Provide input into effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting.
  • · Follow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct Guidelines of company

• Reporting
  • This role reports to the National Sales Manager – Algeria & Tunisia.
• Requirement:
  • Experience
    • Hospital Products (Oncology and others therapeutic areas)
  • University
    • Scientific Background (Pharmacy, Veterinary or others)
  • Language
    • Arabic, French Mandatory And English is preferred.
  • Field of Experience
    • Minimum 2 years in a hospital products sales, Min of 3 years’ experience in the pharma.
