Sales Team Leader
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our Telephone Sales and Service team in selling healthy food subscriptions over calls and chat service. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, training and developing the sales team, and driving them towards achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Telephone Sales and Service Executives to achieve sales targets
- Set and communicate clear sales targets and KPIs
- Train and develop the sales team to improve their sales techniques and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze the sales team’s performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience leading a sales team
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly driven and results-oriented
