is looking for an
Responsibilities :
– Provide support to the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the organization
– Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned
– Serve as a guide for fresh staff
– Carry out evaluation of the company’s operational goals and suggest ways for its improvement
– Develop staffing requirements and plans in coordination with projects managers
– Analyze and resolve operations and workflow issues
– Monitor and communicate daily , weekly and monthly production data’s/ reports to the operations manager
– Collaborate with HR team to develop employee training programs
Education:
– BS in Engineering / construction management or equivalent combination of education , technical training and related experience
– 4 to 7 years of experience in projects construction
Skills :

– Able to work within limited time range or frame
– Team spirit
– Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
