She or he will assist the CEO in:
Project management and coordination :
Monitoring projects with our providers: web agencies, production companies, etc.
– Project Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed narrative and financial reports to ensure transparent follow-up and rigorous accountability. This includes aligning reports on donor requirements and organizational standards.
– Ensure accurate reporting, both narrative and financial.
– Coordinate with the Director General to ensure that all reporting requirements are met and that documents are clear and in compliance with partners or organisation standards.
Business development:
– Proposal development: Write quality proposals to respond to calls for projects and refine submissions by integrating technical and financial aspects.
Business Growth: Identify, seek and secure new business opportunities through partnerships, client encounters and targeted actions.
– Writing compelling business proposals for corporate prospects.
Customer Relationship Management: Engage direct conversations with customers to ensure clear communication, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
– Administrative supervision: Monitoring project bids, invoices and related administrative aspects, ensuring smooth operational execution and timely follow-up.
– Identify and evaluate potential collaborations or partnerships that may lead to mutually beneficial opportunities.
– Participate in networking events and exploit professional networks to increase the visibility and influence of the organization.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫/𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬?

– Master’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in marketing, management or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years of proven experience in proposal writing, commercial development and project reporting.
– Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with a strong history in commercial development and project management.
– An involvement in environmental protection would be appreciated.
