According to its HR strategy, career development and vision, Bank ABC Tunisia has launched a structured and intensive Management Trainee Program (MTP) to build up a pool of qualified and trained staff who have the potential to be future leaders of the Bank.
In this context, Bank ABC Tunisia will recruit young graduates, train and develop them and then place them into substantive positions.
Required qualifications :
You are one of the first ranked fresh graduated,
You have succeeded with honors (at least mention “good“) and /or “major of promotion during all of years of you study,
The average score of all your years studied must be equal to or above 14/20,
You succeeded on one of the following English level tests: TOEFL, TOIC, ILES, etc.
Fluency in Frensh, English, and Arabic.

As the Head of Credit you’ll have the overall responsibility for credit decisions for the Bank’s Corporate and Retail clients, working in alignment with the relevant credit teams and committees. You’ll have the support of an experienced team of Credit Officers and manage a wide variety of stakeholders in both front office and across Credit Risk department.

The Commercial liveliness of branches and DSA in order to develop business related to the markets of Individuals, Professionals and SMEs
The Development of commercial activity with a perfect mastery of risk.
The Improvement of welcome and quality of service in branches.
Job Requirement :
Deep knowledge on retail banking with at least 8 years of experience on a managerial position in Retail Banking
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Master degree in economics, finance or management.
Excellent skills in : Management, Organization, communication, customer focus, dynamism, creativity, rigor, analytical mind.
Have a good knowledge of the economic environment, the banking sector, control procedures, organizational skills, Emerging Technologies, capabilities of decision, arbitration, and negotiation, good oral and writing skills (Arabic, French and English).
Reports to Project Sponsor & Head of IT, the PMO Coordinator will assist in the definition and maintenance of the project management standards and processes for Information technology program implementation. Act as the source of documentation, metrics on the practice of local project management tasks and execution. Support the successful delivery of programs undertaken through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. Assist with advising the project sponsor and managing the project teams on the best use of project disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries within the bank. Assist in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives of the organization.

Dans le cadre du projet de construction du nouveau siège social de la banque, Bank ABC est à la recherche d’un Chef de Projet
spécialisé dans le domaine du bâtiment, génie civile, architecture d’intérieur.
Le PMO sera en charge entre autre de la coordination des travaux entre les différents intervenants dans le projet ainsi que le suivi du projet.
Attached to the Credit & Risk department, The Retail Loans Recovery Officer is responsible for assessing all possible outcomes with aim of identifying, quantifying and minimizing the loss that could be incurred on impaired Retail assets at the ABC-Tunisie & ABC-Tunis units. Ensure that provisioning for impairment is always in line with CBT rules and Bank ABC policies and standards.
– To work closely with legal department and other departments of the Bank when necessary to fix different issues. Outside the Bank, mainly to work with law firms, experts, judicial Administration, other governmental administrations when necessary, to provide them necessary information and to assist them to have positive outcome in all involved legal actions.
– Provide the LCCC necessary updates related to Retail NPL’s portfolio,
– To work and provide all information when requested by both Internal and External Auditors,
– Manage relationships with debt collection companies,
– Liaise and coordinate major remedial actions with group RLU.
