We are looking for a qualified Legal Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Legal Department (Banking experience higly recommended).
Job Purpose
The Legal Officer will provide the legal support and advice to allocated business units on a broad range of transactions and legal issues as well as any other legal assistance required.
The incumbent will take part in the preparation and management of contracts and other commercial arrangements handled by the Legal Department to ensure that they are in compliance with the laws and regulations and to safeguard the Bank’s interests and progress the Bank’s strategy.
The position will also include the management of claims and disputes in co-operation with external lawyers and other duties as assigned by the Head of Legal Department.

Assurer le suivi du portefeuille de clients de la banque en termes de risques et alerter le comité de crédit de risques notoires qui pourraient compromettre la qualité du portefeuille;
Préparer périodiquement des rapports sectoriels et économiques afin de maintenir la banque en alerte par rapport aux risques et opportunités qui se présentent.
Titulaire d’un Bac +5 en Finance ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le secteur bancaire ou financier, dans un cabinet d’Audit. Vous disposez d’une connaissance techniques de financement et l’analyse des risques. Vous bénéficiez d’un esprit d’analyse, de structuration et de synthèse. Vous êtes doté d’un excellent relationnel, présentez des qualités de rigueur et possédez une bonne aisance rédactionnelle. Bonne maitrise du français et de l’arabe avec un bon niveau de rédaction et de compréhension en anglais. |
