Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and responsible Part-Time Logistics Manager to join the Aventoura team in Monastir. This role is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors and is passionate about adventure, with a knack for organization and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist with Trip Preparations: Organize and prepare for camping and hiking trips by ensuring all necessary equipment is ready and packed.
*On-Site Assistance During Trips: Support trip leaders on-site with setting up camp, guiding participants, and ensuring smooth operations during the excursions.
*Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and regularly inspect Aventoura’s camping and hiking gear at our Monastir store, ensuring all equipment is in top condition for trips and rentals.
*Delivery & Retrieval of Rental Orders: Manage the delivery and retrieval of camping gear rentals in Monastir, and Sousse depending on availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

*Outdoor Enthusiast: A genuine love for nature and outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and adventure sports.
*Logistics and Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle equipment, and maintain an organized system for deliveries, rentals, and trip preparation.
*Physical Fitness: Able to participate in physical activities including setting up camps, carrying gear, and leading hikes.
*Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, as you’ll be interacting with customers and team members during trips and deliveries.
*Flexibility: Willingness to work part-time with flexible hours depending on trip schedules and equipment rental demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience in outdoor activities, logistics, or event coordination.
*Knowledge of camping and hiking gear maintenance.
