Duties and Responsibilities

1- Creative Marketing Campaigns

- - Campaign Ideation and Execution: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple channels.
  - Growth Marketing Techniques: Implement growth marketing strategies, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation, to drive acquisition and retention.
  - Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to align campaign objectives with overall business goals and provide creative input.
  - Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

2- Communication and Content Copywriting

- - Content Creation: Create compelling and persuasive marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
  - Copywriting: Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
  - Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and quality, maintaining high standards of communication.

3- Additional Responsibilities

- - Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including flyers, social media content, posters, and email headers.
  - Social Media Scheduling: Assist in scheduling social media posts, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across platforms.
  - Market Research: Conduct market research to support advertising strategies, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  - Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and product launches.

Qualifications

User Experience: Understanding of basic principles of user experience to contribute ideas for improving website navigation, layout, and overall user satisfaction.
Feedback Analysis: Ability to collect and analyze user feedback from reviews and comments, providing insights to enhance the user experience and address concerns.
Advertising Knowledge: Basic knowledge of advertising concepts, including different ad formats, target audience segmentation, and campaign objectives.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project planning skills to assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines are met and tasks are executed efficiently.
Dynamic Environment: Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
