Process Technician

to join our team.

• • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Tasks:
  • – Knowledge of maintenance tools in relation to quality certifications, environment and safety
  • _ Ensure maximum availability of equipment at optimal cost
  • _ Minimizing spare parts inventory
  • – Oversee daily operations of manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
  • -Identify and resolve process-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
  • – Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Qualifications
  • Education: bachelor degree in Process Technology, or a related field, relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in a process technician role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using process control software and tools.
