Looking for an
Area Sales Manager
based in Tunis,
- • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- • Mentor team to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- • Maintain strong customer relationships
- • Collaborate with support teams through sales process and long-term implementation of AGBL solutions
- • Achieve sales targets
- • Maximize sales and profitability
- • Drive team performance
- • Territories to be covered (North Africa)
Basic Qualifications Required by the Candidate
- • Bachelor or Master Degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnologies
- • Ability to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve results
- • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- • 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years as sales manager
- • Prior top ranked medical device, business to business (B2B) Sales experience highly preferred
- • Exceptional sales, negotiating and closing skills
- • Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
