Quality Manager

1-Requirements – Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years as Quality Manager in Multinational Corporation

2-Requirements – General Skills

• In depth understanding of the Automotive market and ISO TS / IATF 16949 Quality System standard
• First and Second party IATF 16949 auditor certification
• Excellent in Quality / statistical tools application like Problem Solving, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, DOE, Control Plans, Flow Charts
• Excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills
• Excellent ability to work as part of a team, supporting all team members
• Conscientious, responsible, pragmatic with a results driven approach
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing system is a strong advantage
