Professional & experienced Commercial Lead is required for a Landmark Project recently awarded . Iconic design & International Client makes this a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaker seeking an Iconic Project.
Are you a French Speaking Contracts & Commercial Manager seeking an exciting opportunity? We have a newly awarded $550 Million Major Buildings Project in Tunis – Tunisia for a Tier 1 International Main Contractor .
Do you have experience in the Middle East & Africa working on Luxury 5 * Hotels , High Rise & Mixed Use Developments ? Our client are looking for a client facing individual to work closely alongside the Project Director based on site. With a dotted reporting line into the Commercial Director in Europe you will have full P&L responsibility . You will need to have experience on such Large Scale projects and be prepared to commit to Tunisia for a 3 1/2 Year Project .
You will hands on manage and drive your department . Directly Responsible for risk , contracts , surveying , sub contract awards , supply chain , staff development & mentoring & accounts .
Our client are seeking someone that has the following credentials
- Fluent in French is ESSENTIAL as is English
- Degree – QS , Engineering or Law
- Chartered Status – MRICS
- 2 Major Projects that show financial success that you have led
- 25 Years Post Graduate Experience
- Commercially and contractually sharp
- Experience of managing Commercial Teams in Excess of 40 People
- IT Literate and confident to handle a MS Teams Interview
