Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Senior Expert
The purpose of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Plan to be used for assessing and understanding the progress of the project “EU Libya Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Delivery and Development”.
The successful candidate will be based in the British Council Tunis office and is expected to deliver through both remote management and field missions as required.
