Critères d’éligibilité
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, humanities, human resources, business administration, or other
- One year experience in an American academic environment
- OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French
- Excellent record keeping and report writing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, English, and Arabic
- Thorough knowledge of the Tunisian education and higher education systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally
- Competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- RELEVANT SKILLS Needed:
- Customer service and public relations skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with all people including those from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds
- Attentiveness to detail and consistent follow-through
- An ability to take initiative and work effectively without close supervision
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Ability to develop a broad base of working relationships from the education, civil society and government and private sectors
- Strong support for AMIDEAST’s mission
