The position directly reports to the EISS Head of Infrastructure Services and locally to our Tunis IT Manager.
Main challenges & complexity of the role
- To perform user services support related to hardware, Software, Voice and Data Communication.
- To handle helpdesk calls volume, prioritizing them effectively
- To document and keep documentation of IT services up-to-date
Main Responsibilities

- User technical support and assistance
- Helpdesk call management
- Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems
- Testing of fixed calls against helpdesk calls and organizes user acceptance testing
- Handle IT Service documentation and Continuous Improvement
- Provide regular update on progress and challenges
- Contribute to project tasks
- Meet governance requirements and comply with Sarbanes Oxley and ISO / ITIL framework procedure
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you are graduated in Information Technology, with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an international environment. A self-starter, you demonstrate good interpersonal skills. You are able to communicate at any level of the organisation, both internally and externally. With excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills, you will ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley rules, EISS standards (ISO), and ITIL processes. You are good at managing your time and your priorities, while remaining flexible according to a variety of situations. A working knowledge of Microsoft technology is a plus (Active Directory, SCCM).
