Key Responsibilities:
• Support the in managing store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor and improve sales performance by assisting store teams in meeting targets.
• Ensure brand compliance in product displays, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Train and support sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve in-store strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns effectively.
• Assist in stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels at retail locations.
• Prepare reports and insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5+years of experience in retail operations, sales, or in-store management (preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising, sales analysis, and retail performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in French and English (Arabic is a plus).
