• Job Description:
  We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Assistant Manager (B2C) to develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors in Libya. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, increasing market share, and ensuring optimal brand visibility.
• Key Responsibilities:
  Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  Manage relationships with key retailers and distributors, ensuring strong partnerships.
  Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placements to maximize sales.
  Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize sales strategies.
  Coordinate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand positioning.
  Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  Ensure effective inventory management and forecasting with partners.
  Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.
• Requirements:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
  Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive sales performance.
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
