IT Support Technician🚀🚀🚀

• • Are you passionate about technology and problem-solving? Join our Global Support Team as an IT Support Teachnician and play a key role in ensuring seamless technical support for our partners and customers worldwide.
• 🔹 Your Mission:
  -Provide remote technical support to partners and customers, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  -Diagnose & troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalate bugs when necessary.
  -Maintain records and manage tickets via ServiceNow.
  -Participate in conference calls to discuss critical technical issues.
  -Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating and updating technical documentation.
  -Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and innovation.
  -Occasionally travel onsite (Europe, Middle East, Africa…) for hands-on support if required.
• 🔹 What You Bring:

✅ Technical Skills
-Knowledge of network technologies, databases (Oracle, MS SQL), operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtual environments (VMware).
-Basic understanding of programming & scripting (Java, Batch CMD, Perl, etc.).
✅ Professional Skills
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to collaborate with field technicians at various technical levels.
-Proactive mindset with a sense of initiative and teamwork.
✅ Qualifications & Experience
-Technician / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Development, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
-Previous experience in technical support, call centers, or after-sales service is a plus.
-Good written & spoken English is required.
