We are looking for
a Junior HR Officer
to join the Admin and Finance Department to contribute to the proper functioning of ACST HR operations.

- About the job: The primary responsibility of the Junior HR officer is to ensure proper payroll processing and administrative HR support with compliance to local regulations and ACST policies
What will you be doing?
- PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION

- Process and manage payroll using Sage Paie, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and relevant regulations
- Finalize accounting operations related to the payroll in accordance to ACST accounting and payroll SOPs,
- Regularly communicate with Sage Paie service provider to ensure updates on the system and consistency maintained
- Proceed with the CNSS and Tax declaration
- Prepare monthly statements related to payroll
- Proceed with the annual employer declaration (Annex 1, earning statement..)
- HR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

- Receive, process and deliver health insurance claims in partnership with the local service provider
- Ensure recording and follow-up of the claims
- Monitor leave requests and employee leave balance and maintain balances up to date on systems
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- Prepare documents related to employees (employment certificates, salary certificates, ect)
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the HR filing system, both electronic and physical.
What are we looking for?:
The candidate must be:

- Bachelor Degree in accounting and finance
- At least one (1-2) years working experience
- Experience working with an accounting/audit firm
- Relevant experience with Sage Paie
