Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, manage supplier selection through bidding and negotiation processes, and maintain effective communication to ensure ongoing supplier performance.
• Prepare and negotiate procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and timely fulfillment.
• Build and maintain long-term, stable relationships with key suppliers to support the company’s strategic procurement needs.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify procurement opportunities, develop strategies that enhance cost-effectiveness, and drive competitive advantages.
• Proactively identify and assess risks in the global procurement environment, implementing risk management strategies to ensure service stability and continuity.

Job Requirements:

• A foundational understanding of marketing or prior experience in a service-related role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, international trade, and import/export processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to develop strategic insights with a holistic approach to procurement processes.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across different departments and influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills being an advantage.
