Administration Assistant
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant at Hotel Thalassa Aquasplash Sousse located in Firnana. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, managing phone calls, communication with guests and staff, and assisting with executive administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
