ODEON Tours was founded in 1992, it has subsidiaries operating in Turkey, Egypt, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Spain, Greece, and Vietnam.

Services that constitute activity in these countries are:

• Accommodation services,
• All kinds of transportation and reception services,
• Customized services,
• Guidance and tour services,
• Mice and group organizations.

ODEON Tours provides a wide range of tourism products in the countries where it is present, including destination services for customers from all segments of tour operators within and outside the group.

In addition, a central structure called “Destinations Management Center” has been established by Odeon Tours in order to meet the product and service needs of the tour operators under the roof of the group and to maintain quality standards in all destinations. This structure provides accommodation for guests of the Group’s tour operators and partners in approximately 35 countries where the Group does not have any subsidiary and supervises the provision of high quality services.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract Manager to join our team in Tunisia. The position will be based in Sousse. As a Contract Manager, you will play a key role in hotel account management, overseeing static and dynamic contracting processes, and ensuring the availability and supply of hotels to meet the demands of our tour operators.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a travel agency or hotel booking, contracting process, pricing, and relevant account management functions.
• Experience in the German market is a must.
• Good knowledge of the German market and competitors.
• Fluent English speaker and writer; German is a plus.
• Currently residing in Tunisia.
• Affinity/experience within the travel and/or hotel/travel industry.
• Proactive, responsible, friendly, and able to work independently.
• Quick and resourceful, with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
• Team player, motivated, and enjoys working in e-travel and hospitality.
• Business-focused with a positive attitude.
• Hotel School or University background preferred.
• Driver’s license.

Main Responsibilities:

• Visit hotels in the resorts of Tunisia (Mainland and Djerba).
• Negotiate and sign agreements with hotels, ensuring favorable terms for Coral Travel Group.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance hotel availability.
• Promote Coral Travel Group’s business model, aiming to increase the number of static and dynamic contracting agreements.
• Take responsibility for area coverage, acting as the liaison person for hotels to address queries and concerns.
• Inform hotels about allotment, availability, and supply, providing guidance and advice.
• Conduct rate and competitor checks to stay competitive in the market.
• Provide hotels with information and advice via mail and email, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Monitor cancellations and evaluations, implementing necessary follow-up actions.
• Check statistics in the control room and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
