Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Coordinator located in Tunis. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for tasks related to managing online sales, coordinating customer service activities, analyzing data, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze e-commerce data and trends
Customer Service and Communication skills: Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
E-commerce and Sales skills: Understanding of e-commerce platforms and sales strategies
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
