Responsabilities :

- Administer production platforms: Maintain the operational condition of servers, storage, backups, networks, cloud, IPBX, SBC, and all the company’s IT infrastructures.
- Ensure technological watch and system infrastructure security.
- Contribute to defining and maintaining infrastructure and system standards.
- Lead equipment and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Participate in implementing solutions chosen by the IT department.
- Engage in consultations and supplier selection.
- Oversee project execution, implement changes, and supervise supplier work.
- Conduct compliance tests for implemented changes.
- Manage the evolution of WAN (SD-WAN) and telephony (VOIP/TOIP cloud) services.
- Create precise reporting for your hierarchy.
- Optimize the telephony network (quality measurement, design, and management of interconnections).
- Ensure the proper functioning of the implemented telephone system.
- Recommend and apply new VOIP technologies suitable for OZEOL’s needs.
- Handle incidents and intervention requests raised by the support team.
- Keep infrastructure documentation and event logs up to date.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for IT infrastructure.
- Master information system and network security (TCP/IP, Routing, Filtering, VPN, etc.).
- Use monitoring and performance management tools.
- Manage identification tools (LDAP, radius, Active Directory, etc.).
- Participate in the implementation and operation of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan).
- Draft and validate specifications.
- Write procedures and update documentation references.
- Certifications such as Fortinet NSE4 or higher, Microsoft MS-900, or MS-500 are an asset.
Qualifications
With an engineering background in IT or Telecommunications, you have significant experience in deploying system infrastructure solutions in the following technical environments:

- Systems (Windows Server, Linux, CentOS, PowerShell, Active Directory)
- Microsoft O365 applications (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, AD Connect, etc.)
- Virtualization (VmWare, ESX, VSAN, Cluster)
- Backup (Veeam Cloud Connect, Veeam Cloud Director, Veeam Backup)
- Storage (Storage arrays, NAS servers, SAN, etc.)
- Databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, Sybase, Oracle)
- Firewall (Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
- Advanced Network (LAN, WAN, WIFI, Routing, Encryption, Certificates)
- Telephony (IPBX, SBC, TrunkSIP, Asterisk, Codec, SIP, RTP protocols)
