Head of Indirect Sales

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Cooperating with the Dealer’s needs and penciling down these needs and documenting them to further take action.
• Maintain an excellent relationship with Dealers and employees in order to ensure that remains their favorable business partner which would successfully lead to achieve targets assigned.
• Full compliance in implementing sales and marketing initiatives and ensuring all business rules are Followed.
• Ensuring the success of offers and campaigns in the dealer’s channel.
• Managerial team member player to ensure business mutually succeeded.
• Manage all beIN dealers’ monthly sales achievements and ensure revenue growth.
• Manage the dealers to renew the subscriptions which will end during the month.
• Analyze the high performers and the low performer’s dealers due to the sales achievement numbers quarterly.
• Improve the low performer’s dealers to achieve business plan.
• Coordinate with the supply chain department to manage the dealers' stocks.
• Manage a team around 30 dealers& sub-dealers as well recruiting & providing training to sales team, as required.
• Demonstrating new ideas with partners in order to improve company Revenue growth.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in business management, Administration or any related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in any similar role.
• English upper Intermediate level.
