Responsibilities:

Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead project teams, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing proactive measures to ensure successful outcomes.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support to meet project objectives.
- Work with department heads to assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Foster strong client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lessons learned.
Budget Management:

Requirements:

- University degree in project management, business, design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a product design agency or a similar industry.
- In-depth understanding of product design processes and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Smooth communication in Arabic, French and English focused on a convincing marketing and sales message.
