Assist Digital Tunisia is looking for a Talent acquisition manager who will help the company to find and retain excellent employees. This person will also help to build a strong employment brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Who are you?

• 5 years of experience as Talent acquisition manager in contact center industry
• Fluent in English and French, Italian language is a plus
• Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• Indepth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assessment centers…)
• Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
• Experience ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
• Team player
• Good time management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.

What are you doing ?

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
• Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
• Plan employee referral programs
• Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
• Design, plan and execute selection processes (screening, calls, interviews…)
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports
• Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
• Ensure the positive candidate experience
• Suggest measures for improving employee retention
• Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
• Attend career and job fairs
• Create Hiring KPIs reports, analyse recruitment KPIs, and identify areas of improvement
