The position

You will manage and direct all medical, regulatory, quality operations and patient support programs of the NN Tunisia in full compliance with SOP’s, local procedures, ICH/GCP, national regulations/requirements and corporate and legal requirements, so as to support new business opportunities and strategic objective taking into account the short-, medium-, and long-term business need, at the same time to drive a highly efficient team and ensuring that each function (M, R & Q) reaches its targets. The job requires a strategic innovative and patient centric mindset and strong business knowledge to be able to drive the department.

Besides Driving The MRQ Strategy, Key Responsibilities Include

• Developing relationships with key customers and relevant institutions to achieve competitive advantage and market leadership within Diabetes, Haemophilia and GHT.
• Run advisory boards across the region and represent the affiliate in relevant forums
• Training and educational activities for clinicians and other HCPs.
• Being primary contact with health authorities medical information and promotion
• Planning, implementation, and follow-up on regulatory work in Tunisia & Libya, ensuring regulatory compliance with legislation.
• Plan & execute patient support program & patients’ education
• Managing Novo Nordisk Quality system, training and performing internal and external audits

Qualifications

• You have a Doctor of Medicine or Pharmacy with at least 5 years of experience in multi-national pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and industry KOLs, able to influence and build strong and trusted relationships.
• Excellent leadership skills and a good eye for people development
• Good market understanding and innovative approach
• Proficiency in oral and written English & French is a must whereas Arabic would be needed.
• Experience in Diabetes, other therapeutics area like Inflammation & Growth Hormone are an advantage.

About The Department

As the Medical, Regulatory & Quality Head, you will get the opportunity to join and lead a high performing and well recognised team 5 professionals. You will drive our Tunisian affiliate across the different therapy areas. Reporting to the affiliate General Manager, you will be a part of the Leadership Team, which is responsible for driving business across Tunisia.
