ينظم القسم البحثي لمؤسّسة الياسمين للبحث والتواصل في إطار مشروع تدبير مناظرتين مفتوحتين للعموم، وذلك يوم الجمعة 16 فيفري 2018 في قاعة ابن خلدون بمدينة العلوم، على الساعة الثانية بعد الزوال.

ستتولى أربعة فرق مناقشة المقولتين التاليتين:
◀ المقولة 1: “هذا المجلس يؤمن أنّه لتفادي سياسة التّقشّف يجب خوّصصة الشّركات العموميّة الكبرى”.
◀ المقولة 2: “هذا المجلس يؤمن أنّ إيقاف الإنتدابات هو خطوة ضروريّة لإصلاح الوظيفة العموميّة ومجابهة الأزمة الاقتصاديّة”.

ستدور المناظرتين باللغة العربية كما سيتم بثها مباشرة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

* يتم تنفيذ مشروع تدبير بدعم من مشروع الديمقراطية في الشرق الأوسط POMED.

In the framework of its project TADBIR, the Research Department of Jasmine Foundation for Research and Communications organizes two public debates on 16 February 2018, in Auditorium Ibn Khaldoun in Tunis Science City.

Four teams will debate on the following motions:
▶ THB that to avoid austerity measures, major public enterprises ought to be privatized
▶ THB that recruitment suspension in public enterprises is necessary to reform the public sector and to overcome economic crisis

Please note that the debates will be in Arabic and will be streamed live on social media.
