Sr. Technical Support Analyst
Position Responsibilities/Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform all common operations needed to start applications under procedures: monitoring, audits the morning checks
- Identify incidents and implement a first-level resolution or escalate them in accordance with pre-defined procedures
- Follow the recurring incidents (problems) and implement all actions to resolve them
- Execute service requests from client representatives (CSE, SDE, SDM): installation, change management
- Act as second level support to help on client issues escalated internally by the Service Desk.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in developing or managing trading/financial services technology including trading systems applications, trade feeds, trade flow life cycle, etc.
- Financial markets and front-office business knowledge
- The ability to work effectively within local and distributed teams
- Excellent technical diagnostic and analytic skills with proven problem solving experience
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, providing timely and accurate solutions to numerous clients’ needs
- UNIX & Network understanding such as FTP, SSH, TCP/IP
- Shift work required including weekend and public holidays
