Following the expansion of its activities in Tunisia , our customer , a big German company based in Sousse -Tunisia is looking for

2 HR Managers

for its new plants in the area .

Main tasks :
————–

• Lead the recruitment, remuneration, payroll and personnel assessment / development according to the company process .
• Assure compliance to local laws labor contracts
• General supervision of observing labor law and social insurances
• Analysis of training needs
• Support the executives in personnel management
• Cooperation with labor unions
• Labor contracts follow-up
• Employees empowerment

Essential requirements of skills and experience :

• -University degree in HR Management or equivalent
• -Professional experience – at least 8-10 years at a similar position

HR (recruitment, trainings, periodical assessments, salaries)

• -Computer skills : MS Office, SAP
• -Language skills : Fluent written and spoken English
• -Organizational skills, independence and creativity
