Summary
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation
Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly to direct reports, colleagues and guests.
Handle guest complaints in accordance with Laico Tunis
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Must work well in high-pressure situations.
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
Must supervise, administer, and ensure timely and high quality
